There are 25 of us in our company, Dandelion, and we all contribute
to our final product in some way.
There are 8 main roles within our company. One person is in charge of each main
position, and has been assigned this through a democratic proccess. The main roles in our company include:
- Managing Director- Olivia Vaughan-Fowler, Deputy- Lizzie Acutt
who's skills involve:
-Leadership and being a good communicator. The Mangaging director acts as
the chair of the weekly meetings.
- Operations Director- Rose Mulvey, Deputy- Anna Last
who's skills involve:
-The ability to manage people, a good understanding of cost, profit and cashflow, organisation
skills, good logic and creative thinking.
- Human Resources Director- Hannah Blyth, Deputy- Lucy Ifould
who's skills involve:
-Being proactive, negociating, diplomacy and tact, behavioural skills and effective interviewing
techniques.
- Marketing Director- Meadhbh Raftery, Deputy- Emily Astley- Cooper
who's skills involve:
-Innovative thinking, a creative Flair, planning, the ability to motivate and focus a team
and co-ordinating skills.
- Sales Director- Alice Flower, Deputy- Sophie Ball
who's skills involve:
-Good interactive personal skills, good understanding of price and cashflow and communication
and motivational skills.
- Company Secretary- Emily Foggin, Deputy- Rekha Patel

-Ability to co-ordinate, communicate and organise. The ability to grasp, summarise and report
key points in meetings, aswell as an organised approach to keeping books and records.
- Finance Director- Rohini Giles, Deputy- Hannah Matthews
